Refund Policy

You have 14 days after your account activation to request a full refund, no questions asked.

To request a refund, send an email to support@perplexityprodeal.com with your order number. The refund will be processed within 7 business days via the same payment method.

Refund is not possible if the Perplexity Pro account has been used abusively or if the request is made after the 14-day period.
